  • Detailed Description
  • 转速＞5000RPM 时，必须选用动平衡精度 G1.0 级的接头，且安装同轴度需≤0.03mm，避免高速共振。
  • 多通路选型需明确各通道介质类型与流量，避免不同介质串液，同时匹配对应通道内径。
  • 超高压工况（＞100MPa）需配套压力卸荷装置，并定期检测壳体壁厚，防止疲劳损坏。
  • 高温工况（＞150℃）需选用氟橡胶或金属密封，并加注高温专用润滑脂。
